Our methodology is ISO 9001:2000 certified in analysis, design, development and support of information systems.
The purpose of Rila Development Methodology is to provide a framework for delivering successful solutions, corresponding to the agreed requirements and quality. This framework allows us to meet different expectations, and has the flexibility needed for "end-to-end" solutions. Rila's Solution methodology consists of six consecutive phases, through which each project goes. Depending on the type of project, some of these phases are optional.
The projects start with a Sales Phase. The goal of the Sales Phase is to identify the potential client and possible profits for both sides; to communicate the capabilities of Rila, and to identify and formulate potential projects. The following steps of the common work are covered by the Pre-Launch Phase. The Definition of the Basic Solution Specification, the required team structure and the negotiation of common work methodology occur in this phase.
During the Launch Phase, the team gathers information to prepare the Detailed Solution Specification, Detailed Project Plan, and Quality Plan; and gets acceptance for further solution development. During this phase the business requirements are transformed into technical. In the Development Phase the solution is built according to the Detailed Solution Specification, within acceptable quality levels (defined in the Quality Plan), and within the timeframes, defined in Detailed Project Plan. In the Delivery phase, the built solution is delivered to the client in accordance to the deployment plan. At the end, we transfer the knowledge of the solution to our client during the Transition phase.
